The Grahams products ordered are shipped in a discreet package to the address provided. There is no way to tell from the outside what the contents are. We deliver in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe*. We do our utmost to deliver the order as soon as possible. Normally for delivery in Europe: when order today, we ship the next working day. Delivery

Every order placed and paid will be shipped the next working day. This means that you can expect your order very soon at the address you provided (in Europe)! Are you not at home when the order is delivered? Then you get a non-home message from the deliveryman. On this message you can read what you can do to receive your package as yet!
